الملخص
هذا بحث بعنوان (اشتراط الاجتماع في إقامة الشعائر الدينية وأثره على المجتمع) يحتوي على مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة، المقدمة وفيها بيان أهمية الموضوع وخطة البحث ومنهجه، وأما المبحث الأول: فيحوي الأحكام الفقهية التي من شرط وجوبها وصحة أدائها الجماعة والاجتماع، والمبحث الثاني: فيحوي ما يشترط في الاجتماع من صفات وهيئات وأهميته في تهذيب سلوك المجتمع وقيمه، الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ومن النتائج أن القصد من الاجتماع في الإسلام لا يقتصر على الحضور فقط، بل يشمل التهذيب في المظهر والسلوك القولي والفعلي.
Abstract
This research, titled “The Requirement of Gathering in the Establishment of Religious Rituals and Its Impact on Society,” consists of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction explains the importance of the topic, the research plan, and its methodology.
The first chapter covers the jurisprudential rulings, the conditions for which the obligation and validity of performing them include congregation and gathering.
The second chapter covers the characteristics and appearances required for gatherings, as well as their importance in refining societal behavior and values.
The conclusion includes the most important findings and recommendations. Among the findings is that the purpose of gatherings in Islam is not limited to attendance alone, but also includes refinement of appearance, verbal, and physical behaviour.
