الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة التخسير الاجتماعي في واقعنا المعاصر في ضوء القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة، ودلالتها في سياق الآيات والأحاديث النبوية، وتهدف إلى الوقوف على الدلالات اللغوية والاصطلاحية للفظ التخسير، والكشف عن مادته في عالمنا المعاصر، وبيان دلالاتها، والعلاقة فيما بينها، وبين الألفاظ المقاربة له، من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي القائم على التحليل مع الإفادة من المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، ومن أبرز نتائجها تنوع واتساع دلالة لفظ التخسير وعلاقته بالبخس في الاستعمال القرآني والسنة النبوية، وشمولها لكافة الحقوق المادية والمعنوية، وبيان حكم التخسير بكافة صوره وأشكاله؛ لأنه أحد أنواع الظلم، وله آثار على الفرد والمجتمع، والتحذير منه، وذلك بما يُلائم موضوع البحث وأهدافه.
Abstract
This study addresses the phenomenon of social diminishment in light of the Holy Qur’an and the Pure Sunnah of the Prophet. It examines the significance of this concept within the context of the Qur’anic verses and the Prophetic Hadiths. The research aims to explore the linguistic and terminological meanings of the word “diminishment,” uncover its manifestations in our contemporary world, clarify its connotations, and analyze its relationship with related terms.
The study employs a descriptive analytical approach, supported by inductive and deductive methods. Among the prominent findings are the diversity and breadth of the meaning of “diminishment,” its connection to “depreciation” in Qur’anic and Prophetic usage, its encompassing of all material and moral rights, and the clarification of the ruling on diminishment in all its forms and manifestations. It highlights that such practices are forms of injustice, with profound impacts on individuals and society, and it warns against them, aligning with the objectives and scope of the research.
