الملخص
لقد كرّم الإسلام المرأة، وأكّد إنسانيتها، وأهليتها للتكليف والمسؤولية، وأكّد على إنصافها وتحريرها من ظلم الجاهلية وظلامها، وأعطاها حقوقها بوصفها إنساناً كريماً لها كل ما للرجل من حقوق إنسانية؛ واختصها في التكريم بجملة من الخصائص، ومنحها حقوقها في كافة مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية والمالية، وأمر الإسلام بالتعامل بالإحسان للمرأة، وفق حدود شرعية، وضوابط قويمة، وحذر من ظلمها أو تعدّي حدود الله في كافة أحوال معاملاتها، فكرّمها بوصفها أنثى، وكرّمها بوصفها بنتاً، وكرّمها بوصفها زوجة، وكرّمها أماً، وكرّمها بوصفها عضواً في المجتمع.
Abstract
Islam has honored women, emphasized their humanity, and their eligibility for duty and responsibility, and emphasized their fairness and liberation from the injustice and darkness of ignorance, and gave them their rights as honorable human beings who have all the human rights of men; and distinguished them in honor with a set of characteristics, and granted them their rights in all areas of social and financial life, and Islam ordered dealing with women with kindness, according to legal limits and sound controls, and warned against oppressing them or transgressing the limits of God in all cases of dealing with them, so it honored them as females, honored them as daughters, honored them as wives, honored them as mothers, and honored them as members of society.
