الملخص
المرأة في الإسلام شقيقة الرجل وشريكته، والمكمّلة له في جميع نواحي الحياة، أعطاها الإسلام حقوقها بما يتناسب مع طبيعتها وقدرتها على تحمّل الأمور، فلا تتحمّل المرأة النبوة والرسالة، ومسؤوليّة الحكم، والعمل السياسي الذي يتنافى مع طبيعتها وقدرتها، وجعل لها الولاية الخاصّة في بيتها أو صلاتها، مع الحقّ في البيعة كما يبايع الرجال، ووجّه إلى إمكان مشاورتها والعمل برأيها إن كان سديدًا، وأثبت صحّة أمانها، وقبول جوارها، وأباح لها المشاركة في الجهاد، وشهود الغزوات، والقيام بخدمة الجيش، من مداواة وسقاية، وأن تجاهد بمالها ولسانها وقلمها، وإن كان أفضل الجهاد لها هو الحج والعمرة.
Abstract
The woman in Islam is the sister and partner of the man, and his complement in all aspects of life. Islam gave her rights in proportion to her nature and her ability to bear matters, so the woman does not bear the responsibility of prophecy and the message, the responsibility of ruling, and political work that is inconsistent with her nature and ability, and gave her special guardianship in her home or Her prayers, with the right to pledge allegiance just as men pledge allegiance, He directed that it be possible to consult her and act on her opinion if it was sound, and confirmed the validity of her security and acceptance of her neighbourhood, and permitted her to participate in jihad, to witness invasions, to carry out army service, such as healing and watering, and to wage jihad with her money, tongue, and pen, even if the best jihad for her was Hajj and Umrah.
