الملخص
يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على جانب مهم من عدالة الإسلام، ألا وهو حق الإنسان في المساواة مع أخيه الإنسان. وفيه تعريف للعنصرية ونبذة عن التفرقة العنصرية على أساس العرق قديمًا في الهند ولدى اليونان والرومان، وحديثًا في أمريكا وجنوب أفريقيا.
ثم يتناول أهم الأدلة من الكتاب والسنة وسيرة الصحابة على تحريم التمييز العنصري العرقي، وكيف عالجته الشريعة الإسلامية، وفيه ردّ على شبهة الرقّ في الإسلام.
وخلص الباحث إلى أن الإسلام يدعو إلى المساواة بين بني آدم جميعًا، ويحرّم كل أنواع التمييز العنصري العرقي.
Abstract
This research highlights an important aspect of justice in Islam: the human right to equality with one’s fellow human beings.
It provides a definition of racism and an overview of racial discrimination based on ethnicity in ancient times in: India, Greece, and Rome, as well as in modern times in the United States and South Africa.
The study examines key evidence from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the lives of the Prophet’s companions that demonstrate the prohibition of racial and ethnic discrimination. It also explores how Islamic law addresses this issue and responds to the misconception of slavery in Islam.
The researcher concludes that Islam calls for equality among all human beings and forbids all forms of racial and ethnic discrimination.
