الملخص
موضوع البحث: يدور حول اتفاقية السيداو “اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة” هي اتفاقية غربية متولدة من الجهود الطويلة لإنصاف المرأة الغربية وإعادة حقوقها وتمكينها في المجتمعات الغربية، خاصة بعد المعاناة التي شهدت عليها صفحات التاريخ للمرأة الغربية. فجاءت الاتفاقية تتبنى فكرة إيجاد حقوق خالصة للمرأة، دون الاهتمام أو الاحترام لدين وعادات.
فعمدت إلى إثارة الفتن والقلاقل تجاه الإسلام كونه الغاصب الأعظم لحقوق المرأة عبر التشكيك في أحكامه التشريعية، وجعل الرجل المسلم المتهم الأول في انتهاك حقوق المرأة.
فقد جاء هذا البحث لبيان حقيقة هذه الاتفاقية البشرية، والأسس القاصرة التي اعتمدتها في نشر وتوطين مقاصدها، ثم بيان وجهة نظر الإسلام لفكرة حقوق المرأة وأنها ليست بفكرة حادثة بل أصيلة يرتبط وجودها بالدين.
وقد توصل البحث إلى أن اتفاقية السيداو هي اتفاقية بشرية قاصرة قابلة للتعديل، سلبياتها فاقت إيجابياتها، تخالف أحكام الإسلام ومقصوده، تسعى لتغريب المرأة المسلمة لكونها حجر الأساس في الأسرة الناهضة بالدين الإسلامي الوسطي.
Abstract
The research reviewed the CEDAW Convention” Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women”. It is a Western agreement emerged from long-term efforts dedicated to remedy Western women, restore their rights and empowers them in Western societies, especially after their suffering recorded in history records. The agreement adopted the idea of creating exclusive rights for women, without paying any attention or respecting religion and customs.
Therefore, the agreement aimed at stirring up sedition and unrest against Islam, as it is the greatest usurper of women’s rights by questioning its legislative provisions, and making the Muslim the first accused of violating women’s rights.
This research came to explain the truth of this human convention and the inadequate foundations that the agreement adopted in spreading and settling its purposes, and then stating the Islamic view of the idea of women’s rights and that it is not an idea but it is an authentic one whose existence is linked to religion.
The research concluded that the CEDAW is a limited human agreement that is subject to modification, its negatives toggled its positives, it violates the provisions and intentions of Islam, and seeks to westernize the Muslim woman as she is the cornerstone of renaissance family of the moderate Islamic religion.
