الملخص
يتحدث البحثُ عن المسائل الأصولية التي ذكرها الإمامُ الشاطبيُّ في أبواب الفرش في منظومته (الشاطبية)؛ ذلك أنه ذكر مجموعةً من تلك المسائل في غير مظانِّها من أبواب الأصول، فعمدت إلى جمعها ودراستها؛ تسهيلًا للطالب في ضبطها، وإعانةً له على عدم فواتها، وقد قسمتها على حسب أبواب الأصول المتعلقة بها في المنظومة نفسها.
Abstract
This study examines the Uṣūl (fundamental) issues mentioned by Imam Al-Shāṭibī in the sections of Al-Farsh in his poem Ash-Shāṭibiyyah. Imam Al-Shāṭibī referenced several of these issues outside their conventional locations within the sections of Uṣūl. Therefore, this research aims to compile and analyze them to facilitate their comprehension for students and to ensure they are not overlooked. The study categorizes these issues according to the Uṣūl-related sections within the poem itself.
