الملخص
لقد كرم الإسلام الإنسان وأعلى مكانته، وأودع فيه جملة من الشهوات والغرائز والمشاعر ليعيش حياة مطمئنة، دون الإضرار بغيره، وضبط وقيّد هذه الغرائز والشهوات بمنظومة من الشرائع والأحكام التي تربّي النفس وتزكّيها وتبعدها عن الطمع والجشع، وحذره من الفساد وعواقبه، وأن الفساد والإفساد كما هو منكر فطرة فهو منكر شرعًا، والله لا يحب الفساد ولا يصلح عمل المفسدين، وبين ذلك في كتابه العزيز وعلى لسان الأنبياء جميعًا (عليهم السلام) من آدم وحتى محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ليكفل للبشرية أسس العيش الكريم.
وبين البحث أن الفساد أحد أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه المجتمعات على اختلاف عصورها ومناهجها، المتقدمة منها والنامية على حد سواء، وخلص إلى أن الفساد مقابل الصلاح، وهو الخروج عن الاعتدال، فهو كل أمرخلاف المصلحة المعتبرة في الشريعة، وأن تحقيق العقيدة في النفوس، ونشر الوعي وزيادته لدى المجتمع يحد من ظاهرة الفساد بشتى صوره وأشكاله.
Abstract
Islam has honored man and raised his status, and placed in him a number of desires, instincts and feelings so that he can live a peaceful life, without harming others. It has controlled and restricted these instincts and desires with a system of laws and rulings that educate and purify the soul and keep it away from greed and avarice, and warn him against corruption and its consequences, and that corruption and corruption are what they are. It is reprehensible by nature, so it is reprehensible by law. God does not like corruption and does not approve of the work of corruptors. He made that clear in His Mighty Book and on the lips of all the prophets (peace be upon them) from Adam to Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) in order to guarantee for humanity the foundations of a decent life.
The research showed that corruption is one of the most prominent problems facing societies of all ages and approaches, both advanced and developing ones, and concluded that corruption is the opposite of righteousness, which is a deviation from moderation, as it is every matter that is contrary to the interest considered in the Sharia, and that achieving the doctrine in souls, and spreading Awareness and increasing it in society reduces the phenomenon of corruption in all its forms
