الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث دراسة الآيات القرآنية التي تكفَّلت بحفظ حقوق الطفل: في النفس، والرضاع، والنفقة، والكسوة، وحقه في حفظ ماله، وحقه في التربية والتعليم، وتتركَّز مادَّتُه على أقوال المفسرين في دلالة الآيات وهداياتها القرآنية، كما عرَّف الباحث في التمهيد بالمصطلحات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، ثم استعرض الأدلة الشرعية التي استنبط منها العلماء حقوق الطفل في الإسلام، ثم سرد القوانين الدولية المتفق عليها، وسلَّط الضوء على نظام حماية الطفل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
وقد سلك الباحث فيه منهج الاستقراء الموضوعي للآيات القرآنية، والمنهج الوصفي في بقية المباحث، كما التزم البحث بالجوانب الفنية المتبعة في البحث العلمي، وخُتِم البحثُ بفهارس تسهِّل الاستفادة منه.
Abstract
This research deals with the study of the Qur’anic verses that ensure the preservation of the rights of the child: in life, breastfeeding, alimony, clothing, his right to save his money, and his right to education. The research then reviewed the legal evidence from which scholars derived the rights of the child in Islam, then listed the agreed upon international laws, and highlighted the child protection system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The researcher followed the objective induction approach of the Quranic verses, and the descriptive approach in the rest of the investigations. The research also adhered to the technical aspects used in scientific research, and the research concluded with indexes that facilitate its use.
