الملخص
تناول الباحث في هذه الدراسة تحقيق ودراسة رسالة (تحفة الأكياس في مسح الرأس لأحمد بن محمد بن عبد القادر الرومي الآقحصاري الحنفي، المتوفى سنة: (1043ه)، وهي رسالة مختصرة مفيدة في مسألة مسح الرأس، درس فيها المؤلف هذه المسألة دراسة شاملة لجميع الجوانب: اللغوية والفقهية والأصولية والحديثية.
والبحث مشتمل على مقدمة وقسمين:
المقدمة فيها، الافتتاحية، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، وخطة البحث ومنهجه.
القسم الأول: فيه دراسة المؤلِّف، والمؤلَّف.
والقسم الثاني: فيه تحقيق نص الرسالة. وهو مشتمل على ثلاثة أبواب.
والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو إخراج هذه الرسالة القيمة ليستفيد منها أهل العلم، فهي مختصرة ونافعة في بابها.
Abstract
The researcher approached in this study the investigation and study of the treatise titled: (Tuḥfah Al-Akyās fīMasḥ Al-Ra’s by Aḥmad bin Muḥammad bin ‘Abdul Qādir Al-Rūmī Al-Āqḥaṣrī (d. 1043 AH), which is an abridged beneficial treatise on the issue of wiping the head, where the author studied this issue comprehensively from all perspectives: linguistic, juristic, fundamental, and hadith-wise.
The research included an introduction and two parts:
The introduction included: the preface, the reasons for choosing the topic, and the research plan and methodology.
Part One: Included a study of the author and the book.
Part Two: Included the editing of the text of the treatise, and it included three chapters.
The objective of the study is to produce this valuable treatise in order that the scholars will benefit from it, as it is a succinct and beneficial one on its topic..
