الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مفهوم السعادة في الفقه الإسلامي وأهمية استخدام هذا المفهوم في الدراسات المعاصرة، وتوضيح العلاقة بين مفهوم السعادة ومقاصد الشريعة في الفقه الإسلامي وبيان مرتبة السعادة في درجات الاهتمام المقاصدي وكيفية تحقيقها وتجلية آثارها، وقد اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن السعادة مقصد شرعي عام وأصيل، توثقه الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية وأقوال الفقهاء ويحتل مرتبة متقدمة في تراتبية مقاصد الشريعة، مما يوجب على أصحاب المسؤولية وكل مراكز التوجيه في الدولة السعي لتحقيق سعادة الأفراد والمجتمعات بطريقة منظمة مدعومة بالتشريعات الملزمة.
Abstract
This study aims to clarify the concept of happiness as defined by Islamic scholars، the use of this concept in contemporary studies، the relationship between the concept of happiness and the objectives of Islamic Law (Maqasid al-shari’a) in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh)، and finally the position of happiness in the hierarchy of the objectives، in terms of ways to achieve it and manifest it.
The study follows the inductive methodology and concludes that happiness is a solid objective of Islamic Law، as proven by the Qur’an، Hadith، and Islamic Jurists، and has a high status in the hierarchical structure of the objectives of Islamic Law. Hence، it is obligated for the people in positions of responsibility and for state-sponsored centers of counsel، to pursue the happiness of individuals and communities in organized forms supported by binding legislation
